bartar za sip.har-e-ḳhātiram roz-e-naḳhust
lauh-o-qalam-o-bahisht-o-dozaḳh mī-just
pas guft marā mu'allim az 'ilm-e-durust
lauh-o-qalam-o-bahisht-o-dozaḳh bā-tust
My soul is superior to firmament, it sought on the first Day of Creation, the slab, the pen (of fate), Heaven and Hell; but the wise one taught me saying that all the above are with thee.
