माशूक अल्ला' उपनाम था। अहमदाबाद में पैदा हुए। एक गाँव जागीर में मिला था इसलिए इन्हें 'गामघनी' भी कहते हैं। सूफ़ी संत थे। इनके मालफ़ुज़ात मुरीदों ने 'जवाहर उल इसरारे अल्ला' (भागवत रहस्य सार) के नाम से जमा किया।
