क़ाफ़िला अरमान-ओ-हसरत का हमारे दिल में है

मय-कदा पर देख कर काली घटा छाई हुई

कभी पूछूँगा मैं उ’म्र-ए-रवाँ से

ग़ौर से मेरा जुनून-ए-फ़ित्ना-सामाँ देखिए

मिटा न उस को बस ऐ पा-ए-नाज़ रहने दे
