کیا بھید ہے تیرا راہِ وفا، ناکام رہا تو کام بنا
گرتا ہوں تو ذرے منزل ہیں، چلتا ہوں تو منزل کوئی نہیں
منصور انا الحق کہتا تھا، مجنوں کی صدا لیلیٰ لیلیٰ
بے خود ہو کوئی یا دیوانہ، محبوب سے غافل کوئی نہیں
جب شمع بجھے تب افسردہ، جب پھول گرے تب پژمردہ
یا حسن نظر کا دھوکا ہے یا حسن میں کامل کوئی نہیں
