Profile of Syed Is'haq Sarmast
Syed Ishaq 'Sarmast' was the grandson of Sayyid Muhammad Jaunpuri. He has largely written poems in Ghazal-form. His language is quite detailed and meticulous. In the ghazal of Sarmast, there is a vision of Hindavi and Persian together.
