kahte hain kis ko dard-e-mohabbat kaun tumhein batlaega

dastur mohabbat ka sikhaya nahin jata

jawani mein ada-e-kam-sini achchhi nahin lagti

qasid ki ummid hai yaro qasid to aa jaega

aaj koi baat ho gai

mera gham aur meri har KHushi tum se hai

bewafa se bhi pyar hota hai

aaj ik aur baras biit gayā us ke baġhair

jis ke hote hue hote the zamāne mere
