ai talib-e-firdaus ba-rau su-e-mohammad
ai tālib-e-firdaus ba-rau sū-e-mohammad
chuuñ ḳhuld-e-barīñ āmada dar kū-e-mohamma
O seekers of Paradise, hasten towards Muhammad,
For truly, within the streets of Paradise lies his light.
ai ka.aba talab chand kunī qat-e-bayābāñ
chuuñ ka.aba-e-ushshāq buvad rū-e-mohammad
O travellers bound for the Ka‘bah, how long will you wander through desolate deserts?
For the true Ka‘bah of lovers is the radiant face of Muhammad.
vashshams che bāshad sifat-e-vaj.h-e-sharīfash
vallail che bāshad sifat-e-mū-e-mohammad
The countenance of the Blessed Prophet is described by “By the Sun” (al-Shams),
And the tresses of Muhammad are likened to “By the Night” (al-Layl).
taahā sifatash āmada az hazrat-e-bārī
yāsīñ ba-ḳhudā gasht kun.h-e-sū-e-mohammad
Allah, the Exalted, has spoken of him through Ta-Ha,
and by Ya-Sin,
By God, there is a clear indication towards the essence of Muhammad.
nuun val-qalam az fazl-e-ḳhudā-vand-ta.ālā
ma.alūm namūda ba-hama ḳhū-e-mohammad
Through God’s grace and bounty, in Nun and the Pen
All the noble attributes of Muhammad—peace and blessings be upon him—have been made manifest.
tā-sīn-o-hā-mīm muamma-e-qur.ānī
ramzīst ayaañ bar dil-e-haq jū-e-mohammad
As for Ta-Siin and Ha-Miim, they are Qur’ānic mysteries,
Well understood by those who sincerely seek the truth.
pand-e-'hasan' īnast agar gosh ba-dārī
ai tālib-e-firdaus ba-rau sū-e-mohammad
If you listen with care to the counsel of Hasan, it is this:
O seekers of Paradise, hasten towards Muhammad
ai talib-e-firdaus ba-rau su-e-mohammad
chun KHuld-e-barin aamada dar ku-e-mohamma
O seekers of Paradise, hasten towards Muhammad,
For truly, within the streets of Paradise lies his light.
ai kaba talab chand kuni qat-e-bayaban
chun kaba-e-ushshaq buwad ru-e-mohammad
O travellers bound for the Ka‘bah, how long will you wander through desolate deserts?
For the true Ka‘bah of lovers is the radiant face of Muhammad.
washshams che bashad sifat-e-wajh-e-sharifash
wallail che bashad sifat-e-mu-e-mohammad

malum namuda ba-hama KHu-e-mohammad
